I’ve checked out all the gyms in the area including Family Fitness, Sparta, Phoenix, & Steel Soldiers and Fitness Club Tijuana is the best out of all of them. For one, they are the only Gym that actually does CrossFit; the other ones only do cross training. Every member here is in great shape so you know this place will get you the results you want. Second, Jevos, the main trainer and owner is a better trainer than any of the other trainers I’ve trained with at the other gyms. The wall says “the mind is the limit,” the way Jevon trains you, he will push you past your limits of what you think you’re capable of doing. That is the epitome of a professional trainer versus an amateur trainer. Third, the customer service. The owner let me try the gym for a week before deciding whether or I not I wanted to join. He never pressured me join. I recommend bringing a friend or 2 because it makes the classes more fun.

I love! They design individualized routines for the needs of each client and have a very pleasant atmosphere in the gym, all are very cool.
