Manager has a bad attitude, no costumer care ethics what’s so ever... can’t use studio when classes are not in session. We paid three months ahead specially for the studio, when we enrolled we ask if we could use the studio when it was empty, she said that as long there was no class taking place, everyone can use it. Almost a month in.. we’re told we can’t use it and they’re are even changing the lock to locked it!!!
I only went once to try it because it's close to me and I didn't want to go back. The gym is small and expensive for what it offers, the coach in the afternoon paunchy and with an attitude of indifference. Very bad image for the gym really. I'm going back to my gym, Symmetry.
So far so good, it's my first week, the attention is good both at reception and the coach. They take care of the healthy distance measurements, taking temperature, oxygenation and use of antibacterial gel. Cleaning well.
The place is very good
Clean, tidy people, in the mornings and the reception well. In the afternoon the worst and the reception with lack of criteria, because neither pa Dios nor pal diablo
