I messaged 9round on facebook about training, while i was in Tijuana. They replied. So i popped in at random and the English/Spanish language barrier was no problem, becuase i typed what i had to say into a translition app on the girls laptop at the front desk. The girl was also my trainer. Can't remember her name, but I had a great training session with her! I went 9rounds!!! I had never been to a 9round before, it was even better than expected! I highly recomend this location!!!

There are Box and Kick Boxing classes from 7am to 10pm, the routines are 9 rounds of 3 minutes each, with 30 seconds of an alternative exercise. Very interesting, very good instructors all and very good place to learn technique and achieve greater strength and strength.
