Excellent facilities, great attention, clean. Probably a little more expensive than others in Tj....but worth it.

I was 27 years old when I chose to come here for an elective surgery. I’m 29 now and I’m waiting to die. Not just die when I’m old, I’m waiting to die soon. this hospital took 6 of my life sustaining organs, this hospital took my lung function, my kidney function. This hospital stole my life away from me. This hospital ultimately made my children orphans. Please, please, please be very careful with this hospital and any hospital when choosing your care. God bless.

Went for a walk in appointment because my insurance in san diego through work had gotten cancelled due to being furloughed because of covid. So when i arrived there they did not accept The walk in app which i was fine with that. So i made an appointment with them while i was there for next week. Drove from down from el cajon and when i got there 40 minutes early to my appointment, i was told that the doctor was not there and my appointment had been cancelled. They could have called me and notified me before i had driven down there, but they did not. They Were not even sorry and made it seem like it was my fault. Anyways i would not go to them.

We came to to Hospital Angeles from Canada for the Functional Oncology Clinic. The clinic definitely saved my husband’s life...however, you need to be prepared for less timely and reliable customer service once they get your money, and especially if you need to go back for follow-up treatments. When you try to talk to them about this, the response is, “I’m so sorry you feel this way.” No accountability and no reparation. Although they initially come across as being 100% about caring for people, please remember that it is still a business to them. It is still about the money. Just a heads up so you’re not disillusioned like we were.
