Children's Hospital of the Californias

Today was my second visit to the Hospital. The first visit was a month ago with a pediatrician by the name of Dr. Pamela Santos. She was wonderful. she was very nice and polite and answered all our questions. She even interacted with my son in a playful way. But my visit with the ENT Dr. Gabriela Del Carmen Ramirez today was a nightmare. We were told the appointment was at 10am. We patiently waited our turn to be called. About 11:15 my wife asked the front desk if we would be seeing the Dr. soon. We thought about leaving and coming back another day but they charge you up front (600 pesos) so we decided to wait it out. At around 11:45 we saw the ENT(Dr. Ramirez) walking out and the front desk lady told her she had one last patient (My son) and she looked extremely upset. We made our way into the office and the first thing she asked us right as we walked in was why we were late for our appointment? She actually had the nerve to blame it on us after we were there on time waiting for her for close to two hours. We brought lab results, X rays and just medical history charts. To give her a background of my sons situation(Already had tonsils removed and tubes in his ears) and she rudely interrupted and started raising her voice every time we tried to ask her a question. I was obvious she had somewhere more important to be and we were treated that way. Whats worse is that when she looked into my sons ear she was a little rough and now my son is telling us his ear is hurting. The hospital and the staff were great but I don't think Dr, Ramirez should be working with children with her bad attitude.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Lugo, because her treatment was very hostile and she made very out of place comments that had nothing to do with the reason for my visit and she gave me a diagnosis of one of them, which seems unprofessional. Well, in less than 10 min you cannot determine something like what he told me and less without being a specialist in it, in addition to not paying attention to the other condition that my son had, he only said that they should have treated him at birth and he was not going to send to that specialty.
