They took care of me. I suppose psychiatrists are lacking but the care they gave me is good. It's just that it's far away and I can't continue my treatment with them. I'm looking for a new psychiatrist.

DO NOT PROMOTE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS I was admitted voluntarily for depression. I arrived calm, but when I passed the door they locked me up for more than 24 hours. in a windowless room with a light on, behind a closed metal door, very exasperating (walls, ear and ceiling the same). When they finally integrated me with the others, they didn't treat you very humanely. Most of the nurses didn't like their work, they were upset, and if you have a seizure or feel bad, you ask for help and they don't give it to you, they totally ignore you. There is TOO much downtime, they just make you color. In all the time I was there I did not receive psychological care as it was supposed to be, only psychiatric. I developed an anxiety that left me nervous / motor sequelae from the blows and screams that are heard during the night. And finally, the food is of a very low quality relative to what you pay for. I do not know it is divided by areas and I even knew that some patients could attack me. Older people with dementia are kept locked in the room throughout their stay, they only went out to bathe (group bath). In geriatric they leave them locked up and make them over. It was not the best treatment for my kind of problem, nothing therapeutic. thanks to nursing student Bryan who was the only one who attended to my need for help.

What I suggest is that they update the map because the entrance that marks you on 12th street cannot enter

Excellent attention and service as well as doctors, psychologists and nurses. Everything is very clean and the food is fine. They have multiple activities that entertain you all day. Very professional and respectful.
