Got scammed for $6,000 by them. Was supposed to get my $6,000 back after "6-8 weeks" for my refund, well it's been well over a year and I've never heard anything back. Got blocked by Stacy Eckel and Alex Brecher on Facebook when I asked them for my money back, and bariatricpal never responds to e-mails. Will happily edit my review if I ever see my money back, but I know that won't happen.

I had the sleeve done by dr Ilan. It's been 30 days of my surgery and I lost 30 lbs. Attention is second to none, if I had to do it all over again, I would definitely go back. I've spoke to Michelle in the office and she has answered every single question even post op. I would give them 6 stars if I could

I have been waiting for almost 7 weeks for my refund! They refuse to honor their refund policy. I canceled my surgery 2 and a half months in advance when I found out their plastic surgeon had went elsewhere. Oh and THEY weren't even the ones who told me! I had to find out via social media, and do check out that! There are hundreds of people trying to get their money back! I guess they spent the money or embezzled it, who knows! All I know is that they are refusing the refund my deposit and its beyond shady!!!

I have not received my refund after I was told it would be sent in two weeks. It has been over 10 weeks and now I’m getting every email and call ignored. After Galvez left many wanted their refund and it’s been ghost town ever since. January 2019. I can’t believe this horrible experience.

I had my surgery performed here in August of 2019. Dr Jalil and the whole staff were very courteous and attentive to my every need. The hospital is very clean and immaculate. I highly recommend Dr Jalil and hospital BC for anyone looking to get sleeved. Thank you Dr Jalil and staff!
