This company refused to honor their refund policy, lied to me through email, and kept my 5k deposit. It’s been over a year now. These guys made me regret my choice to seek care in Tijuana where I had no legal recourse to collect my refund. Make sure you research Facebook, Yelp, Google, and Instagram before selecting a surgeon. Make sure you check the reviews for the hospital and the companies associated with those surgeons before provide deposits.

I accompanied my daughter to get her gastric sleeve at Hospital BC. I was 100% satisfied with the services we got there, Doctor Illan is a master in his field and 2 days after my daughter feels great. The nurses and other Doctors were very attentive to my daughters needs, going above and beyond and so were the valets, we delt with Antonio at the hospital during the day, he spoke perfect English and made me feel safe before she even went for surgery, friendly, personable and again going above and beyond. The day we were leaving Louis took us on a tour of the area, another caring person that went above and beyond. We had a fantastic day visiting the area. I would recommend that hospital to anybody that needs a surgery to go to that hospital, this establishment is so much superior to what we have access to in Canada. The day my daughter got her surgery I witness them getting their CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE and Doctor Illan is a MASTER in his field! Definitely the best according to my daughter and I!! if you go there look for Antonio and Louis, they definitely made our life easy and went above and beyond!! 5 STARS!!
