Very easy and simple. We only needed a place for the night so this was easy. If you need more than just a bed and shower, this might not be the best spot.

They tried to help get me a better room but it was a roach in the room the lady says from the previous guest or the open drain in the ground but either way the walls were very dirty the house was nice the check in lady was nice and did try her best to move me rooms only rooms left were smaller and my guest wouldn't have been enough room overall once the 2nd side is fixed i would re visit and i blame the cleaning lady not them it wasn't horrible just not covid 19 clean oh and my room shower didn't work 😒

Be sure to bring US dollars or they will charge an elevated exchange. And pay the exact amount. The front lady doesn't returned any change. The room is ok and clean. I checked in earlier, around 2 pm.

I wanted to like this place. It had great reviews. But I can't recommend staying here. Management made no effort to warn me that (in June 2020) an addition is being built onto the building. We are talking a crane raising steel girders and all the banging and noise that comes with a construction site. Inexcusable. At night when the construction stops, the noise doesn't unfortunately. No staff seemed to care how late some guests blared music and tv. Even the quiet guests made noise you could hear because the walls are so thin. There are a few positives: The Zone Rio location is good. I was able to rent a large two bedroom apartment for about the same price as a single hotel room. It has off street parking which is necessary in this neighborhood. But it is valet parking so there's always the hassle of leaving your key. The staff were friendly in general. But noise wasn't the only problem. The place wasn't cleaned very well. The sheets are stained and torn in places. They should have been replaced long ago. I won't be back.
