Very clean and well maintained. Front desk was great ( thank you Serene ), cleaning staff was fast, efficient and on point. AC was ice cold when I needed it. Only downer was the restaurant was closed due to the pandemic. Will definitely stay there again.

Place is very high security and has amenities at the level of high Mexican living: there will be issues with the room if ya look for em - peeled paint on furniture, bathroom ceiling light was damaged at some point - but it is a clean room with a guarantee of safety and no pests. It is also relatively quiet. There will be nighttime visits by a sexy fairy occasionally, but that is nothing compared with other hotels in the area (and is to be expected in Tijuana to be honest). It is also very near to the city life. A quality guide makes this place tip top. A must book if you're looking for a genuine Mexican experience.

Hotel was pretty nice and the rooms clean, but one thing happened that will make me never ever come back. My friends and I went out at night and I eventually left the bar for a little bit and got robbed. I went back to the hotel to ask for help (since the room was on my friends name and they had his phone number), so they could contact him, and let him know about the situation. However, they said they could not do that because of privacy (even though we came together). After arguing for a little, they finally seemed to agree, said they called him, and that he was on his way. About 10 minutes later, not he showed up but the police who took me straight to jail where I was stuck for about 8h not speaking a word of Spanish. Just a heads up, if you are really looking for some place where you can depend on your safety when it comes down to it, this is not the one.
