Man, I wanted to love this hotel. It's a clean and updated lobby, they give you free booze at happy hour, and it's a great location. The staff is helpful and friendly. There are definitely some positives. But the negatives have to be addressed:
I booked from there main website but given me error massage and Withdrawal 40$ until now and after alot of emails to them they didn't give me refund
The staff are rude and condescending. The heat/air never works or the WiFi. Plus all those stairs suck.
Staff is amazing. Very nice. They went out of their way to help me, highly recommend. 10/10
It is an awesome location. I'll be going back soon.
