Very bad customer service. a guy by name Saul, unprofessional
This hotel is not what is described in the add. Rooms super small,they have carpet so there's a smell,bathroom super small,toilet doesn't work properly. I wouldn't recommend it or stay in it. (Sorry just the truth).
Grate place well decorated and very service oriented. Only flaw and reason for 4 stars is they could use more TV channels (only 30 premium channels) and some in English or smart tvs that can use YouTube and casting. Would bump their ratings.
First of all the staff here is really rude I called because I made a booking with booking.com and I all I wanted to do was to change my arrival day and they did not want to change the date so if you’re going to book here please think twice before doing so. I end it up booking with ibis and they were really nice and told me I had free cancellation up to 6am that same day and there prices are really Fair
It is a professionally run hotel. Very clean and very nice. Good price too.
