When I saw the pictures online the rooms where decent and nice, but when you arrive the place looks old and dirty. I got here late so I didn't have the opportunity to find another one. Don't stay here!! Pay a little extra this place is trash!!

We booked 2 rooms. One for my parents and one for our 2 kids my husband and I. The 1st night our Room AC was not working. They send someone to take a look at it and determine we had to get another Room. Following day left the key for that room and was promised I would have another room with a working ac But when I got there they didn't have any. finally found me a jr. Room with a very small bed. I had to send one of my kids to my parents room because of course we didn't fit. Then my parents ac stopped working . over all were very pleased with staff. Ivan was super nice and tried working with us. We don't blame the staff we blame the owner !!!! He or she needs to fix those AC's !! They are super old. I over heard conversations and it was clear it was several guest with non working AC's. I mean I did get what I paid for. Bummer! I would not come back unless they do some remodeling.

Hello upon my families arrival to this hotel we were greeted by the front desk manager Salvador who was polite enough. who wasnt polite were the hundred men the hotel had working there painting and remodeling who whistle as my mother and i walked down the hallways into our room. I am disgusted with the level of unimportant my complaints faced when the manager was told he simply tried to brush it off and offer me another room instead of getting the horde of male employees under control. the hotel was not at all as pictured on line the rooms were dark dirty and dingy and bathrooms were moldy and missing shower knobs. i sspent less than 15 min in that hotel before i knew i had to leave. i requested a refund that was denied by the same manager who i voiced my concerns to. I will be posting this on google as well in hopes that other women in particular DO NOT make the mistake of going there. I will also post the 20 pictures i took along with the note that booking.com would not let me submit such review on their site.

Its a nice hotel and the staff its super nice.. But in the room i check in. the toiler was super dirty wen i checked in the phone didn't work to call and reported. Then there was no hot water i have to shower whit super cold water at night and in the morning at 6am was super cold😭
