Great customer service, very polite, and an awesome experience

(inflatable) screen is too low; customer service is horrible, took at least 15 minutes to get about 10 cars in (they started the movie while we waited in line and did not offer an explanation), then, after almost two hours after we ordered (about 10 minutes before the movie ended)we got a 'complimentary' bag of popcorn and a coke since they ran out of hot dogs (we were #29).
