Very nice, comfortable, family atmosphere. The theater itself is of highest quality. The seats are the best as the recline!! There are many food and snack options and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Was sad to learn they do not play movies in English not do they have English subtitles, as several other cinemas in Tijuana do. Above all I recommend this place.

We went to go see The Secret Life Of Pets 2 and it was good. They only had 1 person on the register opened at the concession stand even though there were 5 people there (with a long line). Also the Cashier Brayan J tried to rip me and a friend off by 10 pesos each on our change. The trays were sticky and disgusting. Bad experience.
