I went here to see a movie with my Wife on 2/28/2021. We made reservations online in advance to see a movie that started at 1:45. We arrived at 1pm. We thought we had plenty of time and felt confident, especially since we made reservations. Well, we couldn't have been more wrong. We arrived to a long line at the box office. Only one employee was selling tickets. We quickly discovered that having a reservation online didn't mean anything. There was no special line for people with reservations. We had to wait in the long, slow line just like everyone else. After 35 minutes, we finally made it to the concession stand line. With 10 minutes until our movie started, we figured, well, worst case we will miss 5 minutes of movie trailers and previews. Again, we could not have been more wrong. Only two cashiers were open to sell popcorn, sodas and snacks. That was another 30-minutes in line. By the time we had gotten to our seat, the theater was near full and the movie had already started. We missed easily 10 minutes of our movie. The theater felt hot and stuffy. Unacceptable.

My Husband and i came here to watch a movie on February 28, 2021. We arrived 45 minutes early, but that wasn't enough time. Even having made reservations in advance, we were still 20 minutes late for our movie. The sevice was execptionally slow. Only one person working the ticket booth and only two people working the concession stand. Unacceptable.

It was great the movie had subtitles so both my girlfriend and I could enjoy it. Also the two of us were the only people in the room. That was different. Never happened to me before
