TERRIBLE SERVICE! NOTHING RECOMMENDED! I called to make the first appointment with a Physiomed Doctor and I had to wait two weeks for my first appointment. The day of the appointment arrived and I had to call to confirm the appointment because I did not receive a call. The woman who answered me first told me that they didn't have dates for up to a week even though I already had one. He immediately told me that he was going to check his other agenda because he did not have my name and that he would return my call in 5 minutes. Since he did not return the call in 5 minutes, at 30 minutes I dialed him and when he answered I hung up instantly. I dialed him again, picked up the phone and sent me to the fax. Two weeks of waiting for nothing.

They treated me very well when I went to the office, the doctor asked me for a study and when I took the results they did not communicate with me at all. I was looking for the doctor for 3 weeks but they only told me that I was not there and that I would give consultations until next week. I was disappointed by the lack of commitment and the unprofessional to not follow up on my case. I hope you can improve on that aspect and have better communication with your patients.

I had the opportunity to take therapy in 2 places due to insurance, one for reimbursement and the other for scheduled payment. Definitely Physiomed is a place where they are interested in the prompt recovery of the patient, they have good equipment and qualified personnel. I highly recommend this place for rehabilitation, especially of the knee.
