I was robbed by the TJ police in 2006 with 2 other friends. They only got $80 bucks out of us then they escorted us back to the border (We had to follow them), then they sped off down a side road once the U.S. border check point was in sight. So corrupt.....never been back since. Traumatizing...

Mexico is not a safe place at all! Two police officers with truck number T-728 just stopped us regarding not making “Stops” we did and couldn’t argue. They wanted $100 USD or else they wouldn’t let us go! So corrupt! Just looking to see who has license plates from the state.

Tijuana is not a safe place to visit. Tourists are singled out by corrupt police officers and hustled for around $200USD.
