Beba Cabello and Her Husband Mario worked really well together to sell my large and expensive premier ocean front lot in Marena Cove, Rosarito BC. They used a variety of great tools such as podcasts, drone pictures, and outstanding follow-up on inquires. Their communication in English and Spanish is second to none. They literally know the Baja Coast and the houses and condos and land available better than anyone. Equally important, they know how to work with the Mexican Government on Visas, and the Banks for trusts for all types of transactions. If you want to sell or buy a property in Mexico, you must talk with Beba and/or Mario first. They are the best full service realty in Baja California and I can highly recommend Baja Open House Realty without reservation. Peter David

Working with Beba Cabello was a truly good experience. We were not sure where the “property hunt” would go when we initiated the search through Baja Open House as we were seeking a particular type of unit at a specific place - at the time no units were available- however through Beba’s tenacity and diligent research she found the perfect place for us. Negotiations went smoothly and before we knew it we had acquired a great ocean front property. Excellent company - very knowable about the Baja real estate market. Brokers Mario and Beba are first rate with their follow up and identifying the right property for each buyer. I have lived in Baja for several years and when someone asks for a referral to a real estate agent I send them to Baja Open House.
