I went to the agency for an update because they called and tried to trick me with an unnecessary service, they detained my car for 1 and a half days ... they spoke to me and I authorized the service. The next day the manager named Arturo called me, a rude and haughty man !!!!! He wanted to force me to charge 15 thousand pesos, he wanted to wrap me up but couldn't! I love my XV but it hurts the terrible service they have and especially the cowardly manager they have. In my life I return to give a service in the agency
