There are many in call centers in Tijuana but none like Voxcentrix. There is a very positive vibe and work environment. We work as a team to reach our clients monthly goals and long term objectives. I feel proud to belong to something so special. I love my coworkers and how we interact on a daily basis.

A different type of company with great people working at every level. I have part of the Voxcentrix family for almost 2 years and I can tell this is an organization committed with us and what we do. Wasn't impressed with this place. A lower end call center. A place where they hire you on the spot and provide you little training and expect great results just because you speak English, If it was only that easy.

The people that work here are great! The agents and staff are hard working and dedicated people who always get the job done.

I work here, its not the best or easiest job, but i appreciate that i at least have a job. Many university students work here.
