The only thing I don't like about this place is that their promotions on Facebook are super changeable and according to them they always have the promo of the year and nothing to do with it. I thought I had taken the biggest discount of the year (because that's how they promoted it) and paid 5,900 pesos. The next month it was at 5000 and the next at "flash sale" 3000. So I consider myself cheated! Do not put things that are not true. Because it is a big difference to pay 5,900 to then see in 3,000 exactly the same package !! The service of the girl who does laser hair removal is excellent. I congratulate you on the employee. And well, in terms of results, although I have only taken two sessions, I already see results. So for that aspect I give it 4 stars and if I recommend laser hair removal in this place.

Well I wanted to give this place a chance for the 3rd time the first time instead of putting me with my friend on a date they did it just for her and again they didn't have me on the agenda (2019) today, November 20 2020 I arrived 45 minutes before my appointment and as I had I was in a phone call I informed the reception girl that I would be outside as always they do not communicate anything at all and they never gave me that I had to enter the place again after 40 minutes waiting I decided to ask for my appointment and then they said that I was already late and that they could complete my treatment and of course not re-schedule that I had already lost it, I only advise them not to leave their treatments paid because they will always win and then talk to the manager and reception you it works the same thing, it is useless ... 🏃‍♀️ Pros good prices, clean but terrible customer service .. Just beware people this place is clean do follow covid protocols but this is my 3rd time having an incident with them. Recommendation do not prepay for your treatment because if you encounter any type of situation with them they would always win since they got the money out of you ...

The service they offer here is very bad. The girls who work here are very rude. And their dating policies are very strict. If you are late due to any accident, they cancel it and they do not return the money, even if you call them earlier asking if they could change the appointment and they will not let you. They just take your money and don't care about you anymore.
