I contacted Vive for a lip volume, i was transferred to a man, not sure who he was! Vive you need a live receptionist, the man was more like a sales person! botox and lip for $500! without getting my information i scheduled but read reviews and felt uncomfortable with the situation, i tried canceling and the office does not answer the phone i could not get an answer all day, i recommend Vive pays attention to customer service and improves in all areas, i would go somewhere else, it is our body our health and we need to go where we feel we are taken care of

I tried to set up an appointment 2 months in advance but i was unable to. I was told they only do appointments by week so i could only schedule this week. I thought that was super inconvenient especially for their U.S customers who have to give 2+ week notice at their jobs when requesting days off to plan to go to this facility in Tijuana. Heck my bf has to give a month's notice at his job. Anywhom I just thought i'd let others know ahead of time to plan accordingly. I will however wait the two months and schedule an appointment to get my procedures done. I will be updating my review by then but hopefully it works out and i don't request days off for nothing if they have appointments available the week of on the days i'm requesting off. Expect an update.

I had such a great experience yesterday with Dr. Daniel & his lovely assistant. They explained everything and recommended the best treatment for me and my needs. I'll definitely be going back.

I would truly like to thank everyone that decided to warn others about their experience and left a bad review. I trust more the bad Reviews than I do the good reviews because anybody can write good reviews I can be in the office all day writing good reviews about my business with different names and no pictures I find it disgusting, evil hearted and outright demonic.. That for money people are willing to destroy someone else's life and that is what the power of greed does to people.. greed is the root of all evil but thank you so much because unfortunately this happened to all of you. I thank you for protecting me and others. May Gob bless you all

Unsanitary rooms. Trying to book an appointment is a headache (their communication is horrible). Every time I booked an appointment with a certain doctor another person did my procedure (without any warning). They didn’t open packaging in front of me (they prepared it outside of my room everytime). I’m glad I had at least one procedure with someone named Lucia (didn’t book it with her) she has been the only professional person there (she seems too good to work there). I’ve only gotten “Kybella” there and it worked (thank god) but I wouldn’t trust them with any other procedures...sorry.
