Love never being able to contact Customer service? Love losing money when the border closes and you are unable to use or reschedule your ticket? Do you love buying an airplane ticket and finding out your child has been automatically placed in another aisle? Do you love calling customer service, finally getting through, being assured your child is now sitting next to you and then finding upon check-in that they are not? Then this airline is for you! Lines at the counter are horribly long even if you’ve checked in online and only need to check in a bag. Weak enforcement of mask mandates. They could care less that their website was not functioning and you were unable to reschedule your outbound flight when Covid hit and the border closed. $1000 flight for my kids reunion with their brother ended up costing me well over $2000 because of this and no one cared. I will never fly this airline ever again.

CAUTION!! Volaris is changing people’s flights without notifications at times. We traveled to Cancun and our return flights changed by two days. Luckily, we noticed a few days prior to traveling and had the customer service change them back to original dates, but different times. The issue happened that we were given different seat assignments, then what we originally chose. We paid and chose for premium seats, which has different fees, but we’re given regular seats. It was what it was, but now that I call volaris for some sort of reimbursement because we didn’t get what we originally paid for, they gave me the runaround. And said I had to email my complaint and that it wasn’t a sure thing. They even said because we had already taken the flight it was too late, are you kidding. What lack of customer service. They are quick at taking peoples money but when it comes to making and doing what is right, they don’t care. Be careful and don’t give this company, your money. I learned my lesson. This is happening to many others I am sure.
