Bad seller Lily, no professionalism, no customer service, rude and haughty, I do not recommend buying at that agency at all. What a bad image for the agency and treatment for the client and tourist.

I went for a presumptive for a honeymoon trip and the man who looked after me only gave me prices and that's it. He did not give me hotel options so I could compare places.
