Very good service, and very comfortable buses

I had read the previous references of this unit and upon arrival it is not a very colorful place to say and as a tourist it gave me a little mistrust. The service of the employees of the central "general" (PLACE) is not good. They are not good at helping, guiding and they do not know anything about the bullfights, but speaking specifically of the employees of the TAP line they are very friendly, attentive, cheerful, helpful, from the employee who sells the tickets, the trunk, the drivers, I received a excellent treatment by all. The buses are very spacious, clean, comfortable. The price in relation quality-distance-cost seemed very fair for the service provided! I would definitely travel with them again, the only detail is that the bullfight started 10min late but they made up for it with the good treatment of the staff!

It is a very bad service and a bad attention to answer the calls they answer and they leave you on the line and they never answer you and I would never recommend it the truth these services and buses are in ruins

I just had the worst experience in this transport line, they charged me Tap Plus and they put me in a dirty old truck and without the services they offered me # 6060 They did not pass me to another for more than I begged them to give me the service for the one who pays and they told me that they could not why the driver would not charge his commission .. it is unfortunate that the interests of the employees are more defended than the same interest of the client that pays for a better service with much effort. I came to the TUFESA line in Hermosillo and excellent service although I lost my money and my time, since I paid doubled. I do not recommend this transport line since they treated me without humility or thanks they told me only if they want and if I do not pay another truck .. what a pity that we continue like this in this beautiful country .. what a shame.

I have already changed the ticket as they tell me an hour twice and it turns out that always not, as I do not reach my destination I decide another day and the same thing happens is a m! £ & d @ this service, and as we always end up in the tufesa which is more or less the same but they have more departures, I don't know how they survive with this type of customer service stinks less 5 stars
