They do not have how to contact each other, their telephones nationwide are the same and the telephones are wrong, they do not give you an answer in the offices when asking for a product tracking number they cannot solve anything, bad attention. Not recommended do not use it

I needed to make a submission for a call, in which it is specified that the sender's name should not go, since it is a contest. The data goes inside a sealed envelope, inside the package. The manager told me that he could not send it if I did not provide him with the sender. I explained the bases of the call, and how, it is not the first time that I send a package with those conditions. He refused to accept it. I took my package, and luckily DHL is right next door. Where they immediately took my package, reviewed it and shipped it expeditiously. In short, bad employee attitude.
