Credit card taken by one of these bancomers ATM. The next day, more than 3 hours to get it back, unhelpeful and casual umployees, unacceptable

Bank has a new policy foreign not welcome, can't have a credit card as I am a foreigner already had one, can have a bank account but they charge you for everything even being paid into your account. Also as a foreigner your not allowed to have online banking you can use telephone banking but only if you speak Spanish. Also worth not even if I become a citizen the people in the branch say you can't have online banking as your a foreigner. I already a permanent resident but they mean anything also worth note I am paid in Mexico I do not work for a foreign company.

The service very good, the cashiers very attentive and friendly. However the waiting time is almost inhuman approximately 1 hour being a special client the regular client requires at least an hour and a half more. They need another branch. URGE.
