Sweet goodness. Try the Queso de Bola bread. (Sweet round bun filled with cheese)

This is one of my favourite bakeries in Mexico, and that’s after 2 months in Mexico City. Everything is so well made, cheesecake was fantastic and it was here that i discovered caballeros pobres, which are fricken amazing. It’s better to go in the afternoon when the shelves are well stocked

Most of the things I tried weren't that good.

Whenever I go to Valladolid I visit this bakery. It is part of the gastronomic attractions of the place. Their milk breads, savory bagels and others are the best. There are different types of bread for all tastes. I don't doubt that there are good bakeries in Valladolid, but this one is "Special". Thanks for your treats.
