If you need FedEx services in this area go to Cancun to the main shipping center. This one is questionable, as soon as I walk in not speaking flurent Spanish so of course the system is down. They can only take cash, the amount she wanted changed from the first quote to a higher quote. I was over charged and she didn't write the amount I paid on the form. I couldn't file a complaint no proof.

Slowest delivery center I’ve been, just one person who is in charge of recollections and deliveries, this person is not well trained to perform her job in the quickest way possible

I would have given it 4 stars but I saw a mouse run across the floor. Would not order food from here. Thankfully it's not a restaurant.

In general, Fedex services are really bad. We have just received the complaint from client that the product has been delivered in the broken conditions
