Casa Xtakay

Not the cheapest hostel in town but definitely worth the extra 50 pesos per night, they offer you filtered water to drink as well as coffee and tea. Big lockers and comfy beds with ac and fan. They make you a unique breakfast with coffee, tea, fruit, as well as a great entree and give you a big helping if you want.The mother of the hostel cooked us a special Mayan dish, can't remember what it was called but was unique and delicious. Probably the top 5 breakfasts that I've had in a hostel. Felt safe and very accomodating. Great hostel thanks for having me!

This has got to be the best place to stay in town! It's well kept, clean & tidy. The host's go above and beyond to help you with anything you want, need to know or where to go! Breakfast is cooked fresh for you every morning and it is divine! If we were to return to Valladolid, this is where we'd be staying! Thanks for everything 😄

We had the best stay at casa xtakay. Gabby the owner and her partner are the most welcoming people. You really do feel like your a home from home. The breakfast is 10/10, always fresh fruit every morning and coffee. They will give you all the information possible for what ever it is your doing. One of my fave stays in mexico so far, at a very good price. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks again!!

Great place, hosts were very friendly and helpful. I stayed at the private room upstairs , they also have shared rooms downstairs. Everything was perfect
