Casa Valladolid Hotel Boutique

Overall very good value for money, and good staff. Good location, 5 mins from bus terminal. Simple breakfast, which was fine (but you can order other things, which is not included in the price). Our room was large but felt bare - perhaps a chair to sit on would have been good. Hotel is a little dated, with stains in bathrooms and poor paint jobs etc. But did not bother us. Our toilet was noisy during the night for some reason, so you may want to bring ear plugs.

All good except the (included) breakfast. They serve orange juice from concentrate...

Unbelievable. We can't travel to Mexico and they refused to refund our booking. Every other hotel in Mexico refunded except this hotel. I won't be booking again and I hope nobody else does especially with the current uncertainty, when your refund is certainly not going to be given to you. Good riddance if you go out of business

We had wonderful experience,the place is calm and well organized.

Nice hotel, it looks beautiful. The breakfast is very poor though, only 2 slices of Dry bread and some jak with butter with Coffee americano or tea. The room was pretty big. The beds we're okay. The WiFi was terrible. The shower was amazing! It was a Rain shower with Good pressure.
