Doña Trini's longanizas are delicious, if you are in Valladolid, Yucatán, ask about her, she is known, and take several strips priced at 28 pesos, the strip is really big. Do not hesitate to buy and delight your palate, of course prepare your chiltomate, sour orange and strained beans.
