Good place for training and to make friends!

Great place to work out. I've made a lot of friends. Coaches are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend if you are looking to star working out, continue your training or just drop in.

Excellent trainers, friendly people and a fun time. A little Smaller than most CrossFit places but great helpers.

Muchas Gracias Moises and Crossfit PDC for squeezing me in for my 16.1 Open workout! I didn't have a lot of time so was able to go in first heat and the encouragement helped me get through the wretched chest to bars and walking lunges. :) Having a small crowd at the fabulous wide open doors was cool too. Thanks again.
