Great mexican food

Great place, friendly staff, super clean. They do allow camping in the massive fruit tree garden. The owners speak English as their first language. Don't get sucked into the massive resorts unless you want to stay in your hotel and not wander around. The price here is better than most hotels near tourist attractions and being walking distance with a wide, stone path nearly all the way to Chichen Itza it is a very good price because you save on parking! There are many, many restaurants nearby and the Oxxo is only 3 blocks away.

Stayed here in our RV in the parking lot. The location is good to walk to town or 1.2 miles to walk to ruins. The owner is very nice. For $50 peso upcharge you can plug in. No dump station. There is a pool.
