My wife and I got the relaxation massage and it was amazing. My first time getting a massage and I enjoyed every minute. The headphones blocked out all the noise from the street and I was so relaxed and at peace. As soon as she started, the smell of eucalyptus made me forget all my worries. I will definitely be back here again when I am in Tulum. A must-go when you are in Tulum.

Wow! Cacao Spa is so clean and so professional! The staff are kind and attentive. Claudio, in particular, makes you feel very welcomed and the massage therapists know what they are doing. I was suffering from some intense muscular strain due to a workout when I arrived. My strain was great reduced and my quality of life improved! Definitely one of the best in Tulum.

Beautiful space. Convenient location. Front desk speaks English and accepts credit card. The relaxation massage (60min for 39 usd) as advertised from street signage was so amazing. Perfect pressure ( not too hard) and added on a facial mask and it was amazing. Chocolate and honey moisturizing mask left my face perfect and smooth and non irritating! Head scalp massage hit the right spot

Great vibes. Friendly staff. Strong massage. I paid for the upgrade. Was $99 and worth it. I think there are other places that meet or in some instances can exceed this spot. But I think if you want something reliable at a good price, this is worth it! Especially directly on the main road. What a go to!

Had an absolutely lovely massage today. Drawn by the $39/hr sign out front, decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. Upgraded to the 75 minute Holistic massage and it was well worth it. Arlenny has magic hands. I will definitely recommend and return to this spa if I find myself back in Tulum!
