Meticulously maintained. Ambiance is out of the world. Very nice.

Nicely apponited spa. I decided to have my hair cut white we stayed at a nearby hotel. So after making an appointment, and being let back when I arrived, I was suddenly told that the "equipment" (sic!?) is broken, and I can not have my hair cut. I was on vacation so I was not dwelling on it, but what equipment are we talking exactly, and why not just tell me ahead of time!? Anyway, 2 stars for taking care of this as complete amateurs

Amazing spa for treatments or relaxation around the pool

Was very disappointed. Got a pedicure before a wedding and not only was it so over priced, but the girl filed my foot so hard that I have a cut and bruise that has lasted 5 days so far... I told her it hurt while she was doing it and she just gave me a dirty look.

Nice and very relaxing. Be careful however, they told us their services can be claimed from our work benefits, but this is not the case, for Canadians anyway
