The place looks amazing which is why I booked a spa day and PREPAID in advance only to show up for my spa day, the day I was scheduled to leave Tulum. And no massage therapist was available for my appointment. They didn’t really apologize or try to justify themselves. Anyway no massage and it’s been a month I have not seen a cent of my money. They said they would refund the card but they don’t answer to any of my emails and the phone they provide in disconnected. I am highly disappointed 😢

After reading reviews the night before my girlfriend and I's couple massage, we were extremely skeptical because we had already prepaid $700 for the couples massage. We were so happy we stuck with it because we both walked out saying it was hands down the best massage we had ever received and also a very awesome experience. It was money well spent and I highly recommend if you are looking for a couples massage in Tulum!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I started communication with them via email on dec 30th 2020. I told them what I wanted and when we were leaving Tulum, Jan 3rd 2021. After going back and forth about services I decided on and date and time, January 2nd 2021, 1:30pm, and immediately told them to save / confirm our appointments. I don’t hear from them at all for the next 20 hours and after much prodding I finally get a response stating that the dates and times we agreed upon were no longer available and I would I like services on the 4th or 5th!!!! I told them we were leaving on the 3rd! No apologies, no attempt to make it better , nothing! Very poor quality of service, poor follow through, poor communication. Disappointing but not surprising.

My appointment was cancelled due to a thunderstorm in late September. The place was running the next week. I requested my money back two months ago and havent recieved it yet. Their phone number is out of service and dont answer emails. very very unprofessional.

My girlfriend and I came here on a whim after our other massage plans for the day had fallen through. We walked in right when they opened and luckily they were able to book us immediately. My girlfriend had the basic massage and I had the deep tissue. It was very relaxing, and afterwards we were able to use their pool, hot tub, steam room, etc. They even brought us some fruit and tea while we relaxed at the pool. The prices are a little spendy but we were the only ones there at the time which made the whole experience very private and relaxing. The facility is absolutely gorgeous. Very modern and well put together! Thanks again!
