The staff is always friendly, tell me, however, Estafeta needs to improve its delivery and collection system so that it is more automated and waiting times are reduced! I add photo of current schedule due to covid restrictions! I hope it will be you useful :)

Terrible attention. I went to DHL if they know how to serve their customers, they are fast, and they want to work.
