Excellent place to do deposit and cash procedures. Lousy at the window and others because it is very understaffed and cannot cope. The service is otherwise excellent.

Bad service they give, the employees only spend their time playing and talking. I spent more than an hour and a half there and no one answered me. When I claimed that it had been a long time, the director Lydia Martínez made me download the application in order not to solve the problem I had. How he saw that with the Application he did not start doing anything, he just told me that nothing can be done and that I go to another bank. The only problem I had was processing a payroll card. I just wasted my time in vain.

Terrible service, super slow the collaborators of this place, they do everything with so much laziness, hopefully Bancomer will review these comments to make their pertinent improvements.
