The worst bank in Mexico, as a general recommendation for those who read this, do not use it, there are many better. As an example is my case, that I made a deposit several days ago to a country of the European Union, through this incompetent bank. Not only did they not deliver the money, but they also tell me that looking for it has an additional cost of 30 dollars (more than 600 pesos). I mean, not only do I have to put up with losing my money, of which I have a printed receipt, but I also have to pay for their ineptitude in a process as basic as a monetary exchange. They also tell me that the process can take between 3 and 4 weeks, as if it did not have delivery times, it is seen that their interest is not in the client. The worst service. Choose another bank, for your sake.

The worst experience ever! I went to deposit at their ATM and it got stuck. An executive comes out and tells me to wait 2 min for the machine to restart, to which I told her that 10 minutes had already passed, to which she told me to wait. In that they send the cleaning lady who was the friendliest person in the entire branch, and she tells me that the executive went to eat but that when she returned she would attend to me ... TERRIBLE! They kept me waiting for more than 1 hour, just because the one who happened to be the branch manager named Heidi Canul went to eat! And still when I let him know my opinion, he stops and leaves, leaving me talking to myself. WORST BANK IN ALL OF MEXICO! and more than anything, worst branch!
