Great location, comfortable room, friendly staff. The pool is great and the restaurant has great food at very reasonable prices.

This might only be a 2 star hotel but has the heart of any 4star hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful plus they speak good English. The rooms had comfortable beds and we're clean and comfortable. It might be a little dated but the position is great, and we can highly recommend it. Great value for money to.

A cockroach has been seen at my room on the second night. The problem seems to be normal for this hotel. They have a cockroach spray at the desk of the reception... My room has a windows but it cannot be opened. It is totally useless because after they used a cockroach spray the room was filled with a chimic smell. I had to stay outside of my room with the door opened for more than 2 hours in order to breathe "safely" inside. And also I cannot sleep. Overall the pics from their website is different than what I see. Because the room is old and the walls are damaged and cracked. The solution I got from the hotel was a change of room will be done the next day... Sure the prize is cheap but it is not clean... The pool is not pretty as the pic. Nobody enjoy the pool...

Staff was quite friendly and helpful. Parking is free. The room was clean and tidy. We have to consider the price, which is quite reasonable, for what you get. Cable is included though you will only get a maximum of 8 channels. Air conditioner worked good until it started leaking and flooding the bathroom. Can't complain, I came here to visit as much places as possible. At the end of the day after walking for hours and being under the scorching sun I just wanted to lay down, relax, have a showed and sleep. The bed was comfortable and clean. It has a pool working from 07:00 to 22:00 hrs

This hotel is awesome. Nice spacious rooms. Clean and comfortable beds, restroom is nice and clean. Staff are very helpful and will attend to you accordingly. Food is great my family and I loved their buffet breakfast. Price in general very affordable. I would stay at this hotel every trip i make to Merida Yucatan.
