24 hours by staff to get the room safe working. Comical as the safes aren't bolted down so they are worthless. 2 towels in room .. frayed. Room keys rarely worked... Mag strips were worn. The wifi from the lobby doesn't reach the second floor. Tell the desk staff it's not working and they give you a different wifi router to link to.. it's 2 bars. The staff do their best rooms are clean. English limited. Much better hotels in the area.

Nice, quiet place to stay near Centro. Friendly staff and helpful. Good to be fluent in Spanish though.

It's a clean and nice hotel. It isn't very expensive and the personnel is very polite. Also it has a big parking lot.

Located in Downtown Merida. Clean rooms, free bottle of water. No internet access in rooms, only at the lobby. Guests complained about the internet, but was not fixed during my stay.
