I came to MIDAS ORIZABA for the rear brake shoe exchange. From the beginning the staff attended me very well, however in the quote they added original parts without consulting or offering a proposal with generic parts. The manager commented that they always use original parts. In my opinion the staff should not make a decision for me. When commenting on my disagreement, they did not offer me another quote and I was forced to withdraw my car and choose another agency.
