ATMs are very slow, most don't even work

There is always a huge queue, bank customers do not know how to use ATMs because the screens do not have enough brightness to be able to observe in detail what it says and what option to use. It takes a long time to do paperwork compared to other banks where it only takes you up to 1 minute to make a deposit, the touch of the screens is super slow. Apparently the equipment they bring to this branch is old and they probably bring it from other branches. However, nationwide marketing and advertising campaigns give the image of the bank in another way.

It is somewhat tedious that when you go to make a deposit there is always a long line and sometimes after being formed for a long time when your shift passes, they tell you that this operation is carried out at the electric tellers. The whole facility was centrally located clean and with friendly staff. ATMs are a good idea, but users need to be specified and taught what kind of operations can be done to avoid silly training.

In this bank, what you need to carry is a lot of patience, since it only has 5 boxes and 4 ATMs, (but in reality they only serve 3 because the cashiers are rolling the turn to go to breakfast, then they only attend 3 while 1 is devotes to eating) regardless of customer service and much less the sense of urgency. When you arrive here as I already commented minimum you need to have two hours to make a single deposit. In other words, to leave your money in your hands, 2 hours. I don't know why Bancomer doesn't create another branch. Since it really is needed; the need of its customers reinforces the responsiveness of the manager and a single branch for a city with more than 75,000 inhabitants

You need to have all the patience in the world since there are 4 boxes and only 3 work. They need a market study to make the service more efficient.
