An excellent private hospital. Very reasonable prices for great care. This is the only hospital I use in Hermosillo. The ER is very good: always prepared for anything with knowledgeable staff. There is an English speaking doctor on call.

Lousy attention on Urgencies, attendant couldnt provide attention and entered patient in high pain, couldnt contact any doctor to stabilize, medicate and received patient to a room while specialist arrived. Definitely need to improve with employees competencies and criteria since people is relying their health and integrity to the supposedly best hospital in the state.

Unfortunately I visited the hospital often but the last two times of my visit I had been robbed in the parkin and that which is paid is supposed to be on the lookout as they are pending to collect the first time they stole the views of the doors and this Last time the logo of the front grill you go and you complain to security and they tell you that they cannot do anything and that they are not responsible for me to see those of the booth what they charge they agree with the estuary why in full light of day they take hold of the robbery and nobody looks at them, the security ones are undoubtedly the ones who give the green light to thieves that is my bad experience of visiting the hospital

Very good hospital, hygienic, very good care by doctors and nurses; Comfortable facilities, meet the established times for activities and have a piano open to the public in the waiting room.
