We stay here 2-3 a year and it was always perfect with no complaints whatsoever; This time we were very disappointed, the room raised the price, it was dirty, had hair on the floor, the shower too, they changed the soaps to Venus pink, the ugly pillows, the TV controls did not work, the shower had very little water It finally looks like motel quality. And I do not pretend that for $ 1,000 pesos it is luxury but they lowered the quality a lot to how it was, maybe a year ago we were last time
