Terrible service, the truth is that the system falls, they let people gather outside to enter the bank since they did not have turn tickets to enter and the executives do not serve you and the girl at the window does not respect the turn of the people. They made them wait outside for two hours to enter the bank and other people and that we passed other people do not respect the turn to go to the window. and they do not have the health measures against covid 19 as in other banks.

Terrible service. It is extremely time consuming to get to the window. In the middle of the pandemic, they should speed things up and have more than one executive at the bank manning the windows but it seems that they ignore complaints and you have to keep waiting 2 hours in line.

Very good intentions attention in store, fatal, I have been here for an hour and I do not pass and there are almost no people, there is a young man at the entrance that you always put obstacles to enter. What is the system is failing that you bring the exact change, that you dial customer service. That here they will not be able to support you to go to another branch and thus return to many people, it is really tired to come to the bank and it takes so long to be able to give you attention, I hope they improve that why the bank does like me a lot.
