This is a Canadian bank with Mexican service, so be prepare for a long wait if you are opening an account here. Service is polite. For teller services, this is a less crowded bank.

The worst bank of all in Mexico, the attention is inefficient and nothing works well, neither the branches nor the attention numbers. They have 5 boxes in this unit, of which only 1 is in service. The wait to go to the box is long and still they do not have seats like in Banamex. For customer service, even worse, you can wait for hours, although there are seats there. They are friendly, but slow and inefficient.
