Estafeta

I requested a delivery to this office and according to the office I have 5 business days to pick up my package at no cost, however at this branch they charge you an extra 30 pesos for each package you receive. It is no coincidence that they are badly ranked, as the manager mentions that they are not ESTAFETA and that they are only dealers and that they have their own rules, ESTAFETA has nothing to do with here (so they say) although they do use their image and name.

Couldn't they have gotten deeper into the mountain?

Too bad they just limit themselves to saying we are not going there
